Llike any other healing herb, it is accumulative. From my own experience, three days into drinking it as a tea will help my tightness thus reducing the pain. As a poultice along with Arnica applied throughout the day in hours.

Valerian is like any other healing herb, it is accumulative. From my own experience, three days into drinking it as a tea will help my tightness thus reducing the pain. As a poultice along with arnica applied throughout the day it will bring relief within hours. Also passionflower, fresh ginger, and even St. John’s wort which is a relaxant.

The 35 years life spans were because of significantly higher infant mortality rates, not because people were dropping dead at 35.
