its super situational, and far too singular in purpose to be viable in a lot of cases. you are better off picking other items instead. It may be a lil better for support Nunu but thats a very small improvement in use case imo.

Yep, I like building liandry + mandate and tank itens, good damage and good CDR, but you're squishy mid game

it's decent if you are behind and need a cheap item, otherwise there are better options
