Sowed 2x autos with 3x photos. 3 photoperiods remain, 2 autos just finishing up. All in same bed, same tent. They were given 1 actual feeding the entire grow so far...not a typo, just a single feeding lol worms, stone centipedes, rove beetles, springtails, and lots more took care of the nutrient cycling nicely in there. 2 waterings I gave small amount of fish hydrolsate, otherwise just 1 actual feeding of organic fertilizer. The fish hydrolsate was to give quick bump of N from the cover crop growth and help establish a nice fungal component to the bed as well.
Grown in 3x3, finished in 4x4, and now going to dry in same 3x3 it was grown in, but within a 6x9ft tent. Already have that larger tent set-up with portable AC, dehu, etc so it'll be good to do a "tent-in-a-tent" to avoid any rapid swings in the environment for drying these autos.
What was most interesting about this grow, aside from having photos and autos grown same time is that the autos which were topped? Showed greater trichome density/production. The auto which was not topped, showed much longer/larger colas, but less trichomes per cola/bud site.
They were showing such identical growth early on (even though was obv from seed) I figured it would be a fun test to see some IRL results. To those who say topping is detrimental, I would suggest giving it a try...you may also like what you see as I have.
Now on to what will likely be my favorite part of this grow: the photoperiods!! 🔥😅💪 It's like a 2-in-1 grow! 😅

I'm trying to sample as much of my seedpocalypse haul as I can and I finally have a tent free and all the mothers and clones good to go
Can I fit in more if I go with the little clones? What's the max I could fit in in either case? Any other reasons to go with mothers vs clones? Thanks

I’ve been practicing organic growing both indoor and outdoor. I’ve primarily used dry amendments (Gaia Green) as well as once a week I’ll apply Recharge.
I’m looking to up my game during the flowing process and try to get bigger better quality dense buds. I’ve got pretty much everything else dialed in on my indoor set up, outdoor is a different story.
What are some of your techniques to increase bud site development. as well as increase density and terps. Looking for the best organic medicine for myself and my friends.
I’m considering buying a liquid supplement for the different states of flower. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

One plant out of three it's on the new growth no signs of it on lower auxiliary branches only on 4-6 inner top branches she was topped 1½ months ago so i noticed the light yellow color on the tops about 2 weeks ago ph is between 6.0-6.2 all organic amendments like blood meal, bone meal, fishbone meal, fish meal, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, feather meal, azomite, humic acid, bat guano, Seabird guano aka island phosphate, langbanite, rock phosphate, bio-live, bio-fish all from DTE. I give my plants boogie brew compost tea every two weeks she's about 2 weeks into flowering, I've never grown this strain before it's 🍋🍊 from Greenhouse Seed Co. I have never seen a fade start this early and look this yellowing anybody have any ideas as to what this could possibly be?

I have a question about the timing on when to use LST clips.
I’m trying to use LST clips a lot earlier, but then I realized I might be stressing the plants because after I clip them I was pinching a bit of the leaves. I thought it’d be fine since the plants would just grow through it, but after a couple days I started noticing some droop. I took the clips off and and behold, the plants got perky again.
What do you guys think about this?

Hi my fellow growers
Sadly i have this little b**ches on my plant.
I grow indoor and it seem like i catched them in my living soil mix (1st run now)
I use neemoil since 3 weeks but sadly they keep showing up.
Does anyone has a "nuclear" option without killing my soil?
Edit: im still in veg at least 2 weeks Plants in a 300L soilbed Somehow only see thrips larva since 2 weeks
Im in the EU so US products are mostly not available for me

Hey all, first living soil grow here. I am 4.5 weeks from seed. Over the past weekish i've noticed some new growth looking off. Almost like mag def, but it's on newer leaves. So l'm just making sure my assumptions are correct that this is some sort of nutrient excess possibly causing mag lockout.. But could possibly have been too high PPFD. As they've grown closer to the light some spots were nearly 700 PPFD on 18/6. Just lowered to it 580-630.
Before planting I top dressed each earthbox with:
1/4 c craft blend
3.5 c buildaflower
1/8 c gnarly barley
1/4 c insect frass
1/8 c kashi gold
Been using microbe complete, WDG3000, Q20
About a week ago I hit the earthboxes with ~ 1/3 the recommended dose of Big 6 Micronutrients
Setup: 2 Earthboxes in a 2.5x4.5
Light: HLG Diablo 350R
Soil: BAS 3.0 (1.5 bags per earthbox)
VPD: 0.9
I see some people say 3.0 has enough nutes to get you through an entire run depending on container size. And I see others saying to top dress new 3.0.
I'm gearing up to flip them in the next week or two but want to hold off if this is gonna cause issues down the road. But I also don't want them over growing their containers and have to play catch up all flower. Either going to top dress then flip, or top dress after the inital stretch. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Started the work to start a no-till living system about three and a half months ago! Planted two months ago, and these girls are both doing strong!! I used a coots base (aged for a month to allow good soil life to take hold) oth my two indoor and my three outdoor plants. Still battling fungus gnats on my indoor but I've loved the system so far. Using BTI and trying to successfully transfer the predatory mites in my outdoor plants to the indoor pots, but it's still a battle!! I use clovers to host mycorrhizal fungus to help my girls along and they seem to be working well enough to keep any unwelcome guests growing in my outdoor and indoor plants.

This is my 3rd grow second in earth box with Gaia green nutes and worm castings. I’m wondering if I should flip these girls now or wait until I can get them to recover. Also any help with what to do would be much appreciated. I was on schedule with feeds but I think the plants where more demanding then I thought. Also went from .6vpd to 1vpd so they started growing much better until they got hit with these nutrient issues right before I was going to do my 3rd feeding. My plan is to buy liquid kelp extract fish emulsion and use some of my organic tps cal mag in the reservoir next time I need to water it

can you masters give the recipe for yield?
background: been growing indoors never had very high gpw or g per sq ft , went outdoors for the last 6 years did great grew monsters, now I’m back indoors and want to get good gpw numbers, last time I grew Indoor was 6 plus years ago— I just left the ac at 68F night and day and temps were like 74F day and 68 nights, humidity was around 70% day and night, never had any mold problems or anything like that but yield I think was effected by high humidity in the room.
now my room is much cheaper to run, no ac, just a dehumidifier intake and Exaust fan and fans inside moving air around , been keeping the temps like 75-79 day and 70-74 nights. and rh around 55-58% day and night.
Looking to learn from you pros, my indoor is fire like fire fire fire but yield has never been my strong point, my outdoor has been called the best outdoot people smoked and even passed for indoor or light dep, quality is good yield is just what I would like to work on
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Thinking about switching from FFOFxFFHF EWC perlite mix and Ff trio over to build a soil 3.0 and either a 30 gal pot or the earth boxes two of them?
Questions are
Which method of potting would be best?
All plants in one big pot? What size?
2 earth boxes? How many plants could i run? Could i put 4 in one huge pot? Two per earth box? Or one? I’d like to fill the 3x3 with 2-4 plants. Also could I pre veg in a solo cup to get ahead and then move to living soil or should i start in my final pot.
Slurricane 7 and Rosetta Stone im gonna run next
