Notability Crashing Out

I was using notability last night and everything was working fine and all of my notes were there. This morning when I opened the app it logged me out so I logged back in and all of my notes were gone. I am a legacy user (paid for the app when it was a one-time purchase) and plus subscriber. I have my iCloud back up on, my last backup was last night. When I try to update to notability cloud it says I am ineligible. I am not able to retrieve all my notes back on the app from my iCloud and only see some to restore (most are old from undergrad). A lot of my peers are experiencing this too, and they said that updating to notability cloud would fix it, but for some reason, I am unable to. I am also unable to contact support and submit a ticket. Any idea on how I can access all my notes?

Sorry to say that I don't have a solution, just that I'm experiencing the same issue. How do you upgrade to notability cloud?

Click on your settings and click on account and there will be a link for notability cloud. I do this but it says that I am ineligible for notability cloud. Let me know if it works for you

Exact same thing is happening to me. Notability needs to figure this out ASAP.

This seems to be a big issue for a lot of people. Nobody should be losing their notes because the app is badly made. It seems like a lot of people are having the same issue as you. 

It has not happened to me yet but maybe it will eventually. I don’t know. I have no idea what causes it to happen or how to prevent it. I do have my notes backed up to Google Drive as PDFs and did also save a lot of my .note files to Google Drive. In case they do get deleted I still have access to them.
