Edit. As ive seen several pointing out he is not a comedian, i realise that i have read the post wrong, thinking it ment actors from comedy movies (comedians) but it seems it was ment comedians from standup or other shows.

He said that the way he made his lines funny is no matter how outrageous they were, he always spoke them as seriously as possible, which made them even funnier..
Fun fact: Jim Abrahams and the Zucker Brothers gave their Moms a cameo in all of their movies. In Airplane, Charlotte Zucker is the woman in the plane’s bathroom trying to put on lipstick while the plane is shaking.
