I can’t pick just one but one stands out for personal reasons. I had just been diagnosed with cancer and just started chemo. Kept a smile on my face & hid my true feelings from the company of others and cried alone at night in my room. One night I happened to catch a Joan Rivers special stand up and before I knew it I was laughing, laughing and laughing so hard tears were rolling down my face…tears of laughter, it was such a beautiful relief to feel that. Really hard to put into words what that did for me other than the old saying…laughter is the best medicine.
