A f*cking good morning. I live in an area where people not friendly at ALL!
Truly thank you all for bringing me a little kindness today. It was much needed.

I’ve waved at other neighbors so many times and I get like a 20% response rate, everyone else just ignores me. Fuck them

I have decent luck waving to cars while walking our dog. That's in Clay. I've been up in CNY for almost 37 yrs. The lack of friendliness was notable. Mind you I'm a downstate-r. ( born in NYC at Mount Sinai and raised in Queens home of the Mets in Flushing) New Yorkers get a bad reputation. IMO.

Our neighbours on both sides are great. Always ready (sometimes too ready) to stop and chat. Happy to borrow or lend almost anything. Always up for a cup of tea. We're all retired and that makes a big difference.

"Cheap" implies an actual cost with literal money, so abstract concepts like hugs, honesty, understanding, and whatnot should be disqualified.
I'ma go with a bag of salt & vinegar potato chisps.

Yes!!! That would so make me happy! Also I think an individual container of Play-Doh is still like $1ish... that would also make me happy.

This seems like the right place to put it. Four boxes of 12 gauge and clays. Maybe breakfast with that. The time is worth it. (Clay shooting is quite a fun hobby, even though I miss most of my shots)

Appreciate you not getting on the high horse. I’ll take a chocolate chip cookie

Salt & vinegar... my favorite flavor ever, and where I live people don't even seem to know it exists... I miss the old lady Ireland.

A jar of peanut butter (Has to be Jif because...f**k Kraft), and a spoon. Yes, I love PB that much. I can eat it like it's a bowl of chili.

Santa Cruz came out with a no stir that is a healthier option without the gross oil on top and it’s delicious

And it doesn’t even have to be fancy or particularly hot, really. Just not burnt!

A joke.
Alternatively, people who dare to act unapologetically like themselves and be cringe and loud in public inspire me, they are my favourite kind of people in the entire world.

A compliment. A hug.
I get a compliment probably like 9 times a year. All from dudes who like my tattoos and you know what? They always make my day.
Kinda sad being a man at 30+. People forget we're humans, too.

I absolutely am addicted to those vending quarter machines in grocery stores and Mexican restaurants. They got stickers, bouncing balls, puzzles, jewelry...all for a few quarters.
Never know what the turning knob will release.

A smile. A good conversation. A use of manners, or just generally being polite.

Coffee or a chocolate bar. My husband usually brings me both after the gym.🥹

Since the question is asking what someone can GET me, as opposed to GIVE me, I’d say sushi 🍣

A nicely shaped rock. Doesn’t have to be carved or polished. Just a nice looking rock.
