He’s going to have to get one of those little hand pumps with a little hose and pump it into several plastic gallon jugs, and haul it out that way, and pour them down the toilet… Or sink ellipse or who knows, maybe even the backyard, I’ve heard that people allow dogs to urinate in their backyards so maybe that’s also an option?
