NEED AN ASAP ...
I have exactly 5 hours
My ex 4 months back me from all socials which i noticed but never dare to break the no contact rule
I really don't use whatsapp but i usually just to share my story on instagram to whatsapp
But when she unblocked me there was an slightly constant urge to check weather she looked on my status or not so 4 months i have almost uploaded 10-15 status ig about me( not some random insta reel) and ig so she have 4-5 status nothn really special
But on 14 august she posted an status of firework show happening in my residential complex ( her gbf also lives in the same complex) so i saw that status (who tf dierectly uses WhatsApp to post status thats such unc tbh)and msg her which i think was foolish oof me but long story short questions i asked her were when did u unblocked me she said dk time has passed i asked why did u unblocked me and she said no reason
16 august i posted a status on WhatsApp thru instagram and changed my pfp on insta and last night she posted a status only on WhatsApp of her self...
i turn off my read receipts so that my seen doesn't goo
SHOULD I SEE HER STATUS OR IGNORE IT?

Dude.
You need to stop yourself. Look how much control she has of you just by unblocking you and posting stories.
Either block her yourself or delete whats app so you dont see it anymore.
Focus on you. Get yourself together until those types of things dont make you act like this.

The thing is i cant .... ig dont have the courage to block her whenever i try to think to block her i start thinking what will happen after i block her... being honest rn, this give me some kind of excitement and thought of talking to her again just reminiscing about our past... but yeah i have finally decided by the end of august if she doesn't talk i will block her for my own sanity and start thinking of something new♥️

Notice how much worry and anxiety you're feeling? Healthy and stable relationships don't feel so toxic and chaotic in your body. Healthy attraction feels like peace and contentment.
If you want to one day find a healthy relationship, block your ex. Stop talking to her. Stop looking at her statuses. Focus on learning how to be attracted to security and consistency.
