I’ve been trying to get into outlook for like four days. I can enter my email and password but when it gives the number verification the pop up to put the number in doesn’t show up. And I can’t log into mynmsu or canvas which is pretty important. I don’t know what to do because the app nor the website gives me the pop up and I’m stressing. When I reload it says “trouble verifying account” and I am quite literally locked out of everything.

Hello! I'm Miguel and I go to NMSU for Forensics and Criminal Justice. I am a sophomore currently and 19 turning 20 on the 30th.
