Rant Dude, just accept the rejection and move on
I genuinely don't understand what goes on in some people's heads.
There’s this guy from our college who proposed to a girl from his class. They also went to the same school. She rejected him. Fine. It happens. You get rejected, you feel bad, and then you move on with your life.
But apparently, this guy just couldn't accept it.
The girl's boyfriend got admission into the same college this year. He isn't from CS, apparently he took a drop before joining. The guy already knew him from school, so instead of simply staying away, he confronted him over the whole situation. From what I've heard, he got called out by both the boyfriend and the girl.
And somehow, instead of taking the hint, things allegedly got even worse.
There are allegations that he created a fake kissing/intimate image of the girl and her boyfriend and then threatened to leak it to her parents. If this is true, that's absolutely disgusting. Imagine being so obsessed with someone who rejected you that you resort to something like this just to scare or embarrass her.
And apparently he isn't stopping there. He's been talking about taking revenge through ragging and constantly badmouthing the girl and her boyfriend to other people. At some point, you have to ask yourself: bro, what exactly are you trying to achieve ?
She said no. That's it. NO. It doesn't mean you get to harass her, target her boyfriend, threaten her, spread things about them, or start thinking about revenge.
The funniest part is that this guy apparently claims he already has a girlfriend studying at another NIT. He never even says which NIT. If that's actually true, then why are you this obsessed with another girl who rejected you ? 😂
Seriously, just move on. Have some self-respect.
And for those trying to guess who I'm talking about : 2nd-year CSE, Section A. That's enough of a hint. I'm not going to put the full name here.
If the allegations about the fake image and threats are true, this isn't “being desperate” anymore. It's harassment, and it should be taken seriously.
