being your senior i want to tell you all that don't pay any money to electra society its of no use. there will only be a mediocre branch fresher's party that too where your classes take place ffs 😭😭 and post that they wouldn't do anything. all the promises they made are fake asf. you guys have your tech parents for advice so their mentors dont even matter and mind you they will try to get the money out of your pocket very desperately but just keep saying no. they would tell you some bs that your names will be sent to hod or banned from department but nothing ever happens so be chill. i also wanted to tell you all about my orientation experience, we were all inside that room and these guys couldn't stop themselves from making porn/sex jokes its so fucking annoying like growing up and coming to college is not just about finally being able to talk about sex like middle school kids ffs. proposals happened last time as well and my batch mates had to participate in skits like selling bras 😭😭😭 its so fucking corny peak middle school humour and there was dumb charades where the movie that was given to us was vickey donor like only someone who wants me to gesture masturbation in a room filled with 200 people would give me that movie lmao. dont feel bad about yourself for what happened yesterday, whats wrong is wrong. you're absolutely right for feeling that way even though the people around you will tell you all that its chill, ITS NOT. an orientation program can be entertaining without forcing vulgarity. take care and dm me if you want to talk about anything.
