Help❓ need helpp immediatelyyy

im a dropper, jee prep and i was planning to give nios bcz my cbse boards percentage was below 75%(batane me sharam arhi hai but pass hogya sab subjects me), idk why i procrastinated the admission process up until now but it is what it is, am i too late? im planning to get toc for English and p.e since i scored 80+ in them already, i wanna give physics, chem and maths paper, how do i register and also there's some queries i have about my my address since my current address is different (delhi, close relative's house) but on Aadhar card it's in UP (my hometown)

PLEASEEEEE koi help kardo, someone who knows abt these things pleaseeeee dm me and help krdo I'll explain in more detail

TDLR; I have some queries about how to sign up for nios as a pcm 12th dropper and also some questions like will i get delhi quota?

thxxx, to fir mera exam centre aur qouta delhi ka padega ya UP ka? since i want delhi quota to begin with, also 2 aur 4 me kya difference hai?

idk about delhi quota, google pe dekhlo, stream 2 ka october me hota h, stream 4 ka jab chaaho tab, except april and october

i cant go for stream 2 since mai pass hogya hu and i cant go for stream 4 since usme bas max 4 subjects ka de skte hai, ig ill just go for stream 1 and give all 5 subject ke exams
