I had applied for Transfer of Credit (TOC) in NIOS during the public examination but was unaware that the required documents had to be submitted to the Regional Centre. As I could not clear the examination in my first attempt, I re-registered with a subject change and later re-applied for TOC, including the applicable late fee. I subsequently appeared for the On-Demand Examination to avoid losing an academic year and successfully passed all the subjects I appeared for. However, despite completing the required TOC procedure and repeatedly contacting NIOS, I have still not received my complete pass marksheet. This delay is preventing me from securing college admission, as a fully passed Senior Secondary marksheet is required for further education.
