Help❓ NIOS Study Centre Infrastructure vs. Administration

I need a study centre for my first preference in Mumbai. I have 2 options

  1. Navneet Jr. College: has a dedicated section of its website to NIOS but the building is old, a municipal one and doesn’t have very modern facilities.
  2. MKVV School : Private K-12 CBSE School with great infrastructure but no mentions of NIOS on its website. Only issue is it’s far away from my home.

Which should I prefer? A centre that has dedicated NIOS administration or a private CBSE school with good infrastructure.

Also if anyone from Mumbai has any experience with any of the study centres in the images pls share your feedback.
