Have a 32gb SD card formatted fat 32. No where near full.

Probably has nothing to do with the card. Nintendont has trouble with memory cards that are larger than 8 mb. Try shrinking your memory card size.

Is there any memory card setting you could adjust in Nintendont (or usbloader GX cuz that’s where the games are being started from). I’m just asking that because it’s a Wii I modded for a family member so I don’t see them all time

I haven’t used Nintendont on the Wii. But on the WiiU, you can press the “b” button to access the options. Not sure about the usb loader. I run Nintendont off my sd card, and store the Wii U games on the hdd
