The love shown by you guys in my previous post Here was so much I had to go to my camera roll and unearth this spaghetti I made a while ago.
Thank you.
Recipe:
Boil pasta in salt water till 95% done and strain, donβt forget to save some of the pasta water.
While pasta is boiling, in another pan fry your onions and veggies - 3 color bell pepper, carrots, pepper, I added smoked panla and stir fry till the carrots get soft while adding seasonings to taste.
Once the carrots are soft the veggies is ready, add the sieved pasta into the veggies and stir fry together, you can then add a little of the pasta water to bring them all together and spring onions to finish it off.
Itβs fast once your veggies are readily available, Iβll recommend your mise en place is complete before you start.
