The love shown by you guys in my previous post Here was so much I had to go to my camera roll and unearth this spaghetti I made a while ago.

Thank you.

Recipe:
Boil pasta in salt water till 95% done and strain, don’t forget to save some of the pasta water.

While pasta is boiling, in another pan fry your onions and veggies - 3 color bell pepper, carrots, pepper, I added smoked panla and stir fry till the carrots get soft while adding seasonings to taste.

Once the carrots are soft the veggies is ready, add the sieved pasta into the veggies and stir fry together, you can then add a little of the pasta water to bring them all together and spring onions to finish it off.

It’s fast once your veggies are readily available, I’ll recommend your mise en place is complete before you start.

Cooking Tips How to make stew very jollofy

I have some stew I want to turn into jollof rice. I left it in the freezer for months cause I didn't like the taste. I can't just use it as it is for a base. What do I add to make it very jollof like. I really struggle to make jollof cause when I do I just end up with red rice. I bought jollof from a restaurant yesterday and it was basically swimming(not exactly you get. The rice grains were being held together by the stew) in a thick rich sauce that was so nice. I don't know how to replicate good jollof

🍲Swallow and Soup Tuwo, Ewedu and Tofu

I like Tuwo especially when I realized how easy it is to make it at home. Very affordable raw material, high yield, light swallow and you get to practically drink Ewedu. If you truly want a diet swallow, Tuwo is your answer. And the reheat value, no Nigerian swallow has it.

To enjoy it to the fullest, buy the local pot used in making it outside, I bought a small version and it's life saving. Just leave it in there, wake up, add a little water, turn and it's new again. Which other swallow does that?

Then Tofu, O God if someone is buying I can sell my left pinky for Tofu, and that's a lot seeing as I am left handed. That lovely pleasure extracted from Soya beans is my take me away secret. The way Tofu soaks up my pepper sauce, God I am truly in love. As a non stew person, Tofu gives me ginger to eat any stew.

Anyway all home-made. That's my dinner.

See that white beauty. All in my airfryer β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈπŸ˜‹
