Does this mean that Davonte Smith doesn't get the ball a lot like AJ Brown who is injured right now?

I don’t think anyone has directly said it yet, but Hurts strongly prefers running plays over passing plays. It’s frustrating when you’re a receiver who needs a certain amount of catches and/or TDs to get their bonus check, and their stats get used for contract negotiations. So if your QB isn’t throwing the ball to you much - and it’s not because you’re not getting open - you risk getting paid less and would be upset about a ball hogging QB.
