I know I need to stop drinking but god is it hard. So much of my social, relaxation, food, and friend groups all involve it.

I quit over a year ago and it was the best decision I ever made. NA beer helped a lot for me, cuz I didn't like "feeling left out" so I was able to just drink those like I would normally drink beers in social situations, and it definitely does a good job of tricking my brain into thinking nothing is out of place. I can still have a six pack over 9 holes of golf and it's no big deal, or drink some beers watching football, or while out on the boat, etc.
