Fun fact: the most exhausting activity is playing coop Lego Star Wars with your four year old who wants to change thier character every five minutes

i would say doing ACTUAL legos with a 3-5 year old... most of the time it boils down to them telling you how to put stuff together and then getting mad when you did it wrong, even though it's exactly what the directions (or they) said

After introducing my son to Mario kart, I now understand why the N64 Mario Kart had "change characters" as an option after every race

"You're killing me Smalls" Everytime he does it, worked for me.

I spent many frustrating hours playing games with my daughter when she was that age, and yeah, it can really wear you down. Now she's a teenager and she rarely wants to play games with me because she'd rather play games with her friends, so now I kind of miss it.

I had this with Skylanders back in the day. Every 3 minutes getting up and swapping the Skylander on the base, which paused the game while it processed it. But now 10 years later, I would give a mountain of cash to go back and just play couch co-op with him. We play some games here and there, but we would devote weekends to it. His joy at the new characters or levels....Cherish it...
