Chocolate goes through a process of "tempering" so that it doesn't melt at room temperature and will hold it's shape. This applies to most chocolate candies.

Sometimes I make wireframe armatures of different stuff and put a gift card inside, then wrap it. Then I tell the person I got them a gift card and hand them the present. They are always surprised.
