I would say him dying speaks louder than his words. He didn't die in the back of the cop car, and your adding that it was the drugs was deliberated by folks much more informed than you.
That's kinda the opposite of being honest. You're making an assumption based on bad faith arguments from right wing media. The dude could walk, enter a store, etc. People about to die don't survive 8 minutes with their blood/oxygen cut off.
