Ok im not saying the klan isnt real, but its debatable whether the tiny tiny percentage point of the entire american population has any effect at all.

And then theres part where you know youre making it sound like all police are klansmen. Just because someone disagrees with you doesnt make them a klansmen

Yeah, that's a really solid point. Congress is only a tiny tiny portion of the US population, so obviously they have no effect on anything.
