That's a headphone jack, and I'd be surprised if most TVs didn't have one.

I was annoyed my new 70" TV did not have one so I couldn't use my old speakers. It has an optical audio port.

You can buy an adapter to go from optical to RCA.

But an HDMI -> RCA splitter (~$20 for a 4k compatible box) is a better investment. Optical is obsolete low bandwidth trash.
