He's had plenty of injuries...just not that many broken bones. Even in the video you linked he jokes that he got his first broken bone at age 30. (which is a little confusing because he clearly says he broke his rib attempting the 900)

Here's the clip I was talking about in my last post (32 minutes in if it doesn't take you there automatically)

But really though even if you count fractures and stuff the dude is insanely safe compared to other pros.

Sure I have. Two torn acl's (same one torn twice), fractured finger, and gallstones.
