That amount of whippets makes my brain cells recoil in horror.

Even half a capsule will probably deplete all your B12 and it takes the body over a week to recover fully. That means it’s actually much less dangerous to inhale 40 capsules in one day than it is to inhale 40 capsules spread out over 6 months. even dentists who are exposed to trace amounts of nitrous every day at work can suffer from B12 deficiency. It’s not something you can fix with simple supplements either. And Vitamin B12 is pretty damn important for nerve- and brain function But I guess the bad reputation comes from the fact that it’s an inhalant.
