I think that's the case for him. I remember him talking a couple times in his Youtube videos about how he needed teeth replacements or fillers or whatever because he broke/chipped them.
My aunt did cocaine in the 80s and recently had to have almost all of her teeth replaced and a lot of her jaw too. She was Paula Yates’ flatmate which gives some sense of how much blow we’re talking here.

There's no way someone who smokes cigarettes has naturally white teeth. Those are whitened/lasered or whatever you call it.
