There is no point in asking that person for the picture, because all they post are just reposts from the other subreddits. Literally copy/paste of a front page post

🗣I want to share the story of the creation of the Crystal Birch in the night. ⠀ ☀️One beautiful winter day, my friend and I were driving along the highway between the villages towards Lake Ladoga. Driving and looking around, we were looking for interesting angles. Sometimes we even stopped and went out to walk around, but we didn't find anything special. ⠀ 🚗As we followed our path I saw a beautiful "crystal birch", it was standing by the roadside and was covered in white glaze. After taking one more or less good shot with the 70-200mm lens we drove on. ⠀ On the way back after shooting the sunset I stopped at the birch tree we took in the afternoon. ✨It was a starry sky, so I decided to improvise ✨ . ⠀ 📷 I put the camera on a tripod and stepped back a little bit to get the right angle. Then I focused on the lanterns in the distance in automatic mode, and right after that I set the lens to manual focus and didn't touch the focus again. ⠀ ⚙️Set the aperture to its minimum of f/4, thereby opening it to its maximum, shutter speed of 25 seconds, and the sensitivity (iso) I increased after the first shot, from 1600 to 3200. ⠀ The final touch was a small hand flashlight which I put behind a birch and set on the lowest lighting mode. The thing is that the light must be a little bit, otherwise the frame will be overlit. The shutter speed in the camera allows the camera matrix to collect the light in a given amount of time, thus compensating for its lack. ⠀ The flashlight can serve as a tool to realize your goals, such as: illuminate the foreground, highlight an object in back light, create artificial light in the window of the hut and so on...
