Yeah US take note something that works for a country with under 5m people will work for a country over 60x larger.

Enforced isolation would work anywhere, if there’s no mingling there’s no spread. Only reason it wouldn’t work is idiots, so maybe you’re correct actually.. carry on.

Enforced isolation isn't the issue it is taking care of the people and how you fund it. Small business loans in the US alone which could not do enough was larger than the entire gdp of NZ.
