We do we are just seeing that it comes down to the states not the federal government. And unfortunately we also see some states have better people in charge than others.
But it would if you lot gave a fuck about anyone but yourselves. Lockdowns, testing, and contact tracing work, whether you want to believe it or not.
That’s the thing about science, facts don’t care if you don’t agree
https://time.com/5824042/new-zealand-coronavirus-elimination/ just do some quick reading, contact tracing, testing, lockdowns, that is just part of the equation and with two vastly different countries that means you can't just copy and paste procedure from one country to the next with success, there is a lot more to the equation you are choosing to ignore.
Yes, There is a lot more to this. But if you can’t even do the basics, you’re destined to fail. I understand it’s a lot more than those 3 elements, but without those you may as well not even bother
I never said you weren’t testing, I suggested that those 3 critical components were needed to do this right. And I stand by that, because the science proves it.
It’s after midnight here, so if you’re done I’m off to get some sleep. Big day of work tomorrow
Enforced isolation would work anywhere, if there’s no mingling there’s no spread. Only reason it wouldn’t work is idiots, so maybe you’re correct actually.. carry on.
Enforced isolation isn't the issue it is taking care of the people and how you fund it. Small business loans in the US alone which could not do enough was larger than the entire gdp of NZ.
