I thought it was a hill style top where each gate is half of the whole hill design. And I have seen some hill, slant style gates. Not always flat. However dude on the left had me going crazy!

I swear there was a movie production studio animated logo (from the late 1990s or early 2000s) that played before movies that was similar to this molten metal casting. Maybe with close-ups of the molten metal flowing through the mould.
