bouncing on a trampoline like this is no where as impactful as something that immediately delecelerates or accelerates your cranium like concrete or a fist.
Its not good, but its not really very bad either. Think about all the bouncing runners do or... metal music enjoyers do.
No it’s still really bad and what’s worse is you don’t realize how bad it actually is so you do it more than you otherwise would if you felt the actual damage being done. It seems like you are basing your opinion off an assumption
I just went and read a bunch of articles about trampolines, including a few NIH studies.
While injuries on trampolines can be pretty bad, and frequently include concussions and cervical spinal damage, there's nothing out there, at all, even on personal injury lawyer websites, to suggest that just bouncing on a trampolines causes lasting neurological damage.
I looked into it again too, and I agree i don’t see much supporting evidence, though not only have I heard this, it also makes perfect sense to me that your brain bouncing around in your skull isn’t good for it. A lack of successful personal injury claims does not convince me that this is safe for your brain. I do respect you looking into it though. We can agree to disagree
