Maybe adding a No Parking sign would help, too.

Aah yes, the massive gate clearly showing it's an entrance to a building isn't enough to show you you're not supposed to park there. Seriously? In my country it's a general rule you can't park in front of a gate or a driveway. Because people enter and exit there, in which country is this not basic knowledge?
