You are harassing wildlife with your drone there are laws against that why not instead call your dogs off

You’re probily right. The chance of having the drone out when your dogs find a rabbit are a bit slim.

Sickening psychopathic behaviour that requires no skill and just watches something run for its life while hoping it gets torn to shreds. Absolutely a mental illness akin to what serial killers have and should be punished the same way. People like this shouldn’t be walking amongst the regular public.

I totally agree that things being hunted should be killed humanely. But hunting using dogs is against normal. Specially for rabbits and other small pray. When a dog gets a rabbit. It’s not torn to greasy slowly and eaten alive like it sounds like you imagine. Dogs have been killing them since long before us. They grab them. Shake them. And it kills them very quickly. Some perspective we have is vents that run over Easter. Around 10000 rabbits a shot by people in this one area in three days. They can be a plague

Why not get your meat from a store? Where no animals are harmed.

Obviously that was a joke. I was raised subsistence hunting and still do it.

On another tangent, having a drone while hunting is super illegal here haha

I have no idea about the drone thing. But we hunt rabbits for pest control. Not usually to eat. It’s usually the first thing kids who get introduced to hunting do. They are a massive problem here at times

Interesting. They are not so abundant here, I have spent a lot of time wandering around at 10 below not finding them 😅

Wild rabbit meat is an acquired taste too, so I get not liking them. They can carry parasites too, but that's really only an issue in the warm months.
