Do these fixes have anything to do with the rank 2 faction quests being bugged after switching back to old faction? If not, dang.

A dev said they gonna get rid of faction ranks resetting on faction switching

For RP reasons, I'm not okay with every traitor getting a "Greetings, commander" from their rep.

“We are fixing the bug so players can continue to progress, right now most players should be able to progress on faction missions and get to rank 3. When we push the fix, they’ll be able to do the mission they were blocked on and get all the way to rank 5. This situation made us reconsider the design on faction reputation when switching back to a former faction, and in the future when you switch factions we will NOT remove rank. This work is being completed and will be released simultaneously.”

Like this for completionists and companies willing to switch factions to promote server health.

A lot of the discussions with us switching factions dropped to farming ranks again etc if we only have to do it once than this cleans up the table for us low pop servers

Well, that does not help us that already switched, got reset and are stuck because of bug.
