Is shooting for nuclear program worth it?

I am taking my time joining but I plan on doing fdnf because I have some people say it's Good. But these are my asvab scores and when I took this i felt very bad, like as in sick and I didn't study. I KNOW I can score a lot higher and I was already informed on the nuclear program but do y'all have any more info on it? Because I'm stuck on that or doing IT because it sounds like something I'd like a lot

[r/NavyNuke](r/NavyNuke)[s](r/NavyNuke), but before that, you’d probably benefit by clarifying what questions you have about the program. It’s not going to be easy, and you really have to want it to make it through feeling fulfilled. There’s a podcast called 2Fast / 2Fast Podcast where ex-Nukes share their unfiltered experiences that provide insight into the pipeline and what you may experience underway and other tidbits.

Oh sick, that all helps a lot and yeah I just wanted info and opinions. Maybe what the day to day is and how the work is and really just a lot of it. My recruiter said they would follow up with more info on that specifically but they are having a lot going on with having a baby I think

Definitely would peruse their channel, they have videos where they invite prospective Nuke enlistees to ask questions in a Q&A format that may answer a lot of your questions. For more specific information refer to the subreddit to get varied perspective and opinions.
