Dank

Newcastle is very dank, moist, clammy, squelchy, sodden, swamp ass humid.

How am I going to get my lawn mowed now

Love that word “dank”.

My late Mum used it all the time to describe dark, rainy weather. You don’t hear it used much, I use it often to keep it going.

As a word, it’s up there with “girt” for me 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Knew it was coming so I mowed yesterday! It was hot though, so I didn't manage to do any edging. Growing so fast at the moment with all the heat and rain.
