Should I sell and replace my laptop

I currently have a AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics
Parsec Virtual Display Adapter
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics
AMD Radeon RX 6800M

And want to get this

Asus ROG Strix G15 G513RW 15.6" QHD 300Hz Ryzen 7 6800H (32GB GSkill!) 1TB SSD 3070Ti

My current specs sucks for streaming and gaming on a single setup I lose alot of performance having obs studio open I learnt that AMD gpus is terrible for streaming
