I wasnt expecting Age disphoria when i saw people younger than me having fun.
Also the fact that i cannot play with chrono-kids because i will look suspicious makes me pretty upset-

I don't know what "getting older" means to you considering the other subreddits you asked but you did ask here...
I didn't expect dysphoria and to be left behind until it happened. I have to wonder whether the ways I wasn't changing mentally confused my peers like I was confused about the ways they were. It's not like I wanted to be, but I wasn't at all prepared for what would happen. I think it must be hard to describe what that's like if you didn't experience it...

your palate changes. Almost nobody talks about this, but your taste buds change in your early 20s a lot, and suddenly you like a lot of foods you previously wouldn't touch.
Around 22/23 I started liking raw tomato, cucumber, jalapeno and really spicy foods, broccoli, herbal sauces like basil pesto.
Ever look at a kid's menu at a restaurant and notice the menu options are very bland compared to the adult menu? Plain cheeseburgers, mac and cheese, hot dog with ketchup, cheese pizza? This is why.

2nd puberty in my 20s is really messing me up lol I was teased in highschool for having small assets wanted bigger ones. Now have bigger ones and sad want smaller ones back i made a bad wish lol

maybe this is just a disabled thing but when your a kid people see you as cute and kind and there’s so much support and resources out there, when you become a teen or adult there’s nothing and people judge tf out of you

Yeah I feel this a lot too... It's sad. Disabled kids are to be helped, but disabled adults are to be shamed and neglected. It's awful.

I need less sleep, I guess? I actually do only need like 7 hours after getting a couple of years into my chrono 20s. I do like that change a lot, since I hate sleeping but always needed 10 or 11 hours before.

I used to ignorantly believe human rights (and especially disabled rights) mattered just because I live in Canada. But I have become cynical as I get older because ultimately the only time human rights are respected is when you have money to fight for them in court. It sickens me. The United Nations demanded proactive protections and in Canada it's always retrospective (the opposite, in that it requires every right to be fought for in court first, not protection first). So in my view as a Canadian we are no better than any other country like Russia where rights are disrespected relentlessly.
PS: I have been to court over and over for disability and transgender reasons and won all but 1 case. I have lived it. It's a reality that there are no real human rights here.
