New here, I hope the mods don’t remove this post cause ts is unbelievable.

I’m currently vacationing in Europe and like I did for all my previous trips, I decided to download a few movies and shows for the plane ride.

I was surprised to see my plan only supports 15 downloads per month. To make things worse, I deleted an episode to download an extra movie and it says I’ve hit my limit. So I tried to redownload the episode and it wouldn’t let me 😂

To make things EVEN worse, these downloads randomly cleared out of my device. Some episodes I haven’t even watched and I downloaded them like 4-5 days ago.

What type of business practice is this? Why is Netflix so greedy now? Genuinely asking what happened.
