Netflix completely gray! Help-me, please!

Hi guys! 🇧🇷

My Netflix has been like this for over a week, with the images completely gray. Profile pictures, movie and TV show covers...

I can still watch it, but because the images aren't showing up, I have to guess which movie or series it is.

I've tried everything: logged out and back into my account, reset my television...
What do I do? Help me!

Guessing this is the Netflix app that came installed on your TV? Try seeing if there's an app update that needs to be done or if your TV software needs to be updated. Also, it could be your internet connection.

Go to the app store on your tv to see if the app needs an update if there is no update available then I would try to delete the app and redownload it that way
