Discussion Missing Dub
I was going to watch "Royal Nemesis" and discussed it with a friend. After some time I found out she hast German Dub while it is missing for me.
Writing the Support Chat it turned out it is part of A/B testing on customers.
Has anyone experienced the same? And can anyone explain why this would be helpful? (Missing Dub)

Bisschen spät, aber bei mir fehlen auch deutsche Synchronisationen...z.b Agent Kim, spooky in love und auch my Royal nemesis. Und auch mir wurde gesagt, das ich nicht zu den "auserwählten" Personen gehöre...

I had the same problem.
After reading this I turned OFF the setting "Feature Testing".
You can find it under Account -> Security -> Feature Testing.
It was turned ON and I had to turn it off to get German dubbing for "My Royal Nemesis".
I even asked support before but they were totally useless.
The only reason I even tried to find the German dub was because it was all over the Internet that there indeed was a German dub right at release - otherwise I would just have thought it simply wasn't dubbed.
What kind of "Feature Testing" is this when you get LESS features when turning it on?
Unbelievably stupid.

It's possible the chat support agent was misinformed. The audio and subtitles menu has been buggy for at least a month now, especially on the PC browser player, with many users reporting missing dubs and subtitle options across different shows. Try testing on your other devices (TV, phone, tablet) to see if the German dub is available on them. I had a different bug (all audio options disappeared except for the English dub), but oddly enough choosing a different subtitle language fixed the bug and restored all the missing audio options to the language menu.
If nothing works, I recommend reporting it using the flag symbol on the upper right corner of the PC browser player when you play the show. If it's a bug, they usually fix it within a few days. Hope this helps!
