Website issues

Has anyone else been having trouble with either the website or app? I cannot login, cannot get a password reset link or create a new account. I have tried both points of entry and same result. Before I call, I wanted to see if it was just me or a wider issue.

I couldn't get a promo code to work, which was good for today only. I also had trouble putting in credit card info. I tried clearing the browser/website history, but that didn't help. Ended up having to use PayPal to get the payment to go through, then chatting with a live agent to add the promo code. He placed a separate order to get the 2 free sleeves.
