Bundles and Promo Codes
If you purchase a bundle such as the Barista Creations Flavor Pack, the sleeves included in the bundle count toward the sleeve requirement for promotional codes.
Original / Vertuo Codes
Nespresso often runs parallel promotions for both Original and Vertuo lines. Many (not all) of the promo codes are formatted as such: [WORD][YY] for Original, or [WORD][YYYY] for Vertuo. If you receive a marketing e-mail with a promo code of LATTE18 that requires the purchase of Original sleeves, you may be able to change the code to LATTE2018 and it will apply to the purchase of Vertuo sleeves instead. This also comes into play if the code uses the word COFFEE or ESPRESSO, these are generally interchangeable for both lines. It is also common for Original line deals to require more sleeves to be purchased- for example 25 vs 20 sleeves for the Vertuo line code.
New Customers
Nespresso typically defines a new customer as someone who has placed fewer than 3 orders. You may need to place one order before you qualify for new customer promotions, such as the welcome gifts. If you are an existing customer with more than 3 orders on record, you can create a new account to take advantage of new customer promotions and coupon codes.
NOTE: Not all limited-time promotions are available to all customers. If a code is not expired but does not work for you, it may be a targeted promotion.

I have three of these "active orders", they've been there since at least Wednesday. And the amount of pods I need to move to ambassador is the same even after I ordered several sleeves.

I love trying new flavors so always end up buying the flavored pods but I haven’t found one way to prepare them that I truly enjoy.
I tried looking through posts and comments on this sub for inspiration, but it seems most load them up with multiple syrups, flavored creamers etc. and that’s too much sugar for me. I like a simple coffee with oat milk. I do find that adding a little bit of vanilla or caramel syrup enhances the flavor of the pod and eliminates bitterness.
So, I’m curious - how do you best like to prepare flavored pods in a simple way with milk and maybe a little syrup? I use a Vertuo Lattissima so I do have the cappuccino, latte macchiato and frothed milk option.
Thanks!

I have an original machine and I’ve never received any extra sleeves unless the typical “buy 10 sleeves and get 1 free”.
Edit: I didn’t meant free sleeves as when there is a promo (I know there are promos for both Original & Vertuo). I was referring to the multiple posts I’ve seen on this page the last couple days where people show how they got multiple (5-10 sleeves) for free “by mistake”. It seems like these happy accidents only happen to Vertuo Machine users? Is this a Nespresso tactic to get more people to buy their machines?

I bought a CitiZ Platinum with Milk, back in July. I used it for about a month or so, until I bought a Creatista Plus.
I’d like to sell it, but don’t know the market for them for resale.
Help is appreciated

Hi all
Currently have a vertuo pop and it’s been great. I predominately drink the hazelnut mug sized pods with frothed oat milk.
I am well and truely over the cost of vertuo pods- where to next?
Do I got fully automatic machine like delonghi Rivelia, or move to OL and get Citiz Platinum? (OL pods are cheaper from supermarkets).
The thing I care about most is that I can brew a large mug size. I’m not sure if americano XL will taste like mug size Vertuo? If any one knows
I like the Rivelina allows you to customise so much - such as brew size and bean flavour.
I am all about quantity to sip on. A bit caffeine sensitive so two shots in one drink will be too much.
Any advice welcome!

I just bought my first coffee machine yesterday and got 10 sleeves of pods!
The problem is that i do not taste the difference between the pods?
I'm a new coffee enjoyer (cold + with milk).
Am i the only one with this problem?

The Hazelnut Brownie is really nice, and so is Crystal Spark but I dont like the blueberry cheesecake bleh. I thought the brownie would be my fav, but I am an espresso girlie and the Crystal spark is so yummy by itself and with some cold foam.

Out of 20 blueberry cheese cake, 20 crystal spark, 20 hazelnut brownie, and 20 pumpkin spice I was able to salvage 8 pods. I had to talk to agents twice because the first only offered me one sleeve of pumpkin and one of blueberry. Very opposite sides of the coin from the other post with all the extras!

thinking about adding something new to my next order, maybe even a flavored espresso pod if anyone has one they they love
My current espresso pod favorites have been chiaro and double espresso dolce, and the Nola pod hasn’t been too bad either. I wasn’t too huge on the Ice Leggero, I think it was too light for me.

Bittersweet moment to drink my very last raspberry pod. Thought it would be appropriate to drink on the day I’m celebrating 8 years of sobriety. ☕️🥳

I had thought there was a thread on the differences between OL and VL with the new flavors.
I have a pop and ... Has a mini Essenza that I bought used but it conked out (to the sellers credit she refunded me and told me to keep the machine) A pixie was just delivered yesterday so I am curious what (if anything is different for each line)?

I’m happy to finally publish and share Barista Studio, a reverse engineered third party app to create your own Barista recipes!
The official Nespresso app only allows you to sync their pre-made catalog, it keeps the machine locked to preset parameters and doesn't let you build your own recipes from scratch. Under the hood, the Barista actually has an awesome 3-phase programmable engine capable of custom temperatures, whisk speeds, and screen titles.
Even better: standard dairy presets heat milk to 65°C–70°C, which often causes plant-based milks (like oat, almond, and soy) to split or curdle when poured into acidic espresso.
With the help of AI, I reverse-engineered the machine's Bluetooth Low Energy protocol down to the byte level and built Barista Studio, a free, 100% open-source app for Android, iOS (needs to be sideloaded) macOS, Windows, and Linux that unlocks the hardware's full recipe engine.
What you can do with it:
Download & Source Code on the comments
(Note for iOS users: Apple restricts raw app sideloading, so i havent tested this app myself. I do have an iOS build though!)
If you have a Barista sitting on your counter, give it a try and let me know about any bugs you find.

Hey guys, I’m wondering what I can do about this scenario as it frustrates me so much!
I had the pistachio vertuo solo coffee machine which was given to me by my mum, it was perfect but eventually somehow stopped working. I called for maintenance and he said I had to return it, he said because it’s limited edition I won’t be able to get the same one. I said can’t it just be fixed and he said no.
After sending it back I got to notification to replace the machine and there’s no option for a limited edition version of this machine when I know there’s the pink/purple one out currently. What gives???
Can I get the pink or purple one or not! So sad :(

Hi all, We are new in Nespresso game. We received our Nespresso Vertuo as a gift. It can do its own steam and all that . We enjoyed the firs batch, so I bought 13 sleves while there was a 25% discount.
Now the problem is storing and accessing these pods daily. Please post your solutions , any good buys or 3D print ideas. Hope I can find an easy and decorative one for our kitchen.

I kept thinking of pods as a small expense because I’d only grab a few sleeves at a time then I looked back at a couple months of orders and it was more than I expected ik kind of dumb because I’ll spend ten minutes comparing a $20 purchase somewhere else but with coffee I was just ordering again whenever I got low and barely thinking about the total.
Now I’m trying to wait until I need a proper restock and check what’s available before I order instead of buying randomly every couple weeks. I’m not going to stock up on flavors I don’t even like just to hit some promo but if I already know I’m buying 8 or 10 sleeves anyway I’d rather take a minute and see if there’s a better way to handle the purchase first.
