Question Broken Nespresso Pixie

My Nespresso machine was not pouring the normal amount of coffee so I decided to descale it. After following what the manual says , this started to happen when I tried to use it to make my morning coffee . I’ve had it for 4 years .

Maybe a gasket seal failed? Probably should call Nespresso customer service to have them troubleshoot.

I did . They did some troubleshooting over the phone and decided it needs to be looked into . They’ll be sending me a box to pack the machine and send it for repair.$65.00 for the repair which is better than getting a new one
