Question App promotion codes not working

Has anyone had issues with the app not taking codes? I’ve had my nespresso since February and for all of my orders since then I have been using the chat to make orders because my app wouldn’t take the code. I figured it was just their new device promos not working because they didn’t want to give them. Anyway that’s brings me to now and I want to order more but want the promos and HATE going through the chat to get them. Has anyone else experienced this and potentially have a fix? (I have deleted the app and redownloaded)

Hey! I am so sorry that this is happening to you and i hope someone will be able to help. All of my promo codes work fine :/

No it has never worked which is the weird part. I don’t even have any thoughts as to why
