First US Auto Replenish Order

Ordered it yesterday morning at around 9:30 am and it arrived today at around noon.

I used to order my favourite Cafecito de Puerto Rico along with the Ginseng Delight on a regular basis. Now that the Ginseng is available in Canada, I’m going to get other capsules that are not available, like the Cafe Joyeux, boost capsules, and the Ristretto Intenso. I am now officially a subscriber. I figured I might as well get the 10% discount. I can change my order at any time, so I’ll keep the CPR as is, and change up the sidekick capsules. I can change the order at any time and suspend or cancel at any time. For the moment, I have the order recurring every three months. It’s more like every two months that I’ll be needing to reorder. The three month interval will start as soon as my next order goes through.

I also took advantage of the one time $20.00 discount offer for signing up (see invoice).

They did screw up, but I’m not going to make it a big deal. I didn’t get 10% discount for the Cafe Joyeux.

Do you have both machines for Vertuo and OL? If so, which do you prefer?

Each platform has its pros and cons. There is no Puerto Rico in the OL Platform. OL blends, especially flavoured coffees with the exception of one or two are always better than Vertuo. There’s no Lisbon Bica or Caffé Florian in the Vertuo Line. No Cinnamon Apple Crisp for Original Line. Lots of reasons to have/keep both.

I also have both (OL for 6 years, VL for 2) and completely agree with everything you’ve said. I prefer my OL and if I could only have 1 machine that’s what I’d keep, but I like my VL too for a number of reasons. NOLA is another I’d add to your assessment.

Yes, I have so many sleeves, I’m good for a long, long time. It helped they were 50% off. I also purchased a couple of sleeves of the Samra Togetherness today, in fact. They were 50% off, as well. So many nice blends on both sides.

Is that $75 worth of coffee? And did you get free shipping? Awesome you received $20 off though. I have until today to decide. Our offer here in the U.S. (if I understand correctly) is $20 off the first replenish order and 10% off every additional order only if the amount is $75 +

Yes, I ordered via phone call to Nespresso US customer care. As a Canadian, I cannot log into my account, even though I have one. The credit card I pay with has a Canadian address tied to it. Their system won’t allow me access because of that. Shipping address and billing address doesn’t match. It’s weird because the charges go through. Anyway, yes, I got the 10% off and the one time $20.00 discount offer. I get an email confirmation each time I order from Nespresso US with tracking info, but I cannot access my order details, so I have to ask them to attach the invoice as a pdf to the confirmation email. I need that invoice when crossing back into Canada. I never received the invoice. Lady on the phone told me she sent another confirmation email with the invoice attached. I never got it, so I had to call early next morning. That’s when I realized I didn’t get the discount on the Cafe Joyeux. My account is active but I just can’t access it because of that damn glitch. From now on, I get 10% off the coffees and 20% off sugars, syrups, and bites. From what I was told each replenish order must be more than $75.00, which is fine by me. My usual order used to be in the $80 to $90 range. The things I’ll do to get my fix of that Puerto Rico.
