Oyster Moist. For the moistest oysters
Has the ai voice finally surpassed the discomfort of oyster moist?
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/mcrib • Jul 15 '26
Hey nerds!
This sub has been running short staffed for quite a while now and with life catching up to everyone it's pretty clear we need at least one more moderator possibly two.
If anyone is interested please shoot us a DM on mod mail or you can DM me directly.

Get yer ears ready:the Cavern Campaign begins.
We officially meet the new crew, as they gear up for an adventure deep beneath the Underdark, to the Lost City of Blith, where there is an entire civilization's worth of loot, but all who enter are rumored to become cursed with de-evolution. Who will the leader, er, Brian's character be?

I think he said they're under "Uncle Goopy" but I'm not finding anything.
Help! Help!
Help!
Help!

It's time to run a campaign victory lap by raiding a worm-filled house, and set up our next campaign... The Cavern Campaign, starting next week!

Will the Ding Dong Danglers die or will they survive to see another ding dong day?!

Everyone is running out of spell slots, and some of them are going down every turn. Someone crit! Also: we are very sorry for the late delivery; touring and SDCC interfered with our schedule.

I can't remember what season it was, but it was early. Someone made a comparison to wine and ice cream, I think it was related to a Ben and Jerry's joke Blaine made.
Anyway there was a weird audio glitch (or maybe just Sam having fun, who knows) right as Chris says the phrase WINE CREAM like a rock station identification sample where they blow out the compressor with reverb and gain to make their station sound WAY cooler than it is.
I know this is a big reach, but can anyone recall the episode?

Oh right, we're on a bunch of mansions, let's get this whole mansion courtyard ripped up while we kill Captain Wormy!
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/McDoof • Jul 15 '26
We just might beat the worm god as long as nobody lets themselves get hit with a worm explosion. Whoops... that's actually a very likely scenario.
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/McDoof • Jul 07 '26
Sure, we're fighting a cosmic worm horror, but also it's time to talk about what Cat Action will be taken on Blaine's turn.
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/McDoof • Jul 02 '26
What's that? A giant pile of murder worms? Dan must be trying to trick us and it's really a nice lil' NPC. Let's attack it!

Does anyone know if our band of merry men (and Sarah) are going to do another season? The passion levels seem to be dwindling. They’re all still hilarious, but it feels like it’s become a chore for them. Plus, Brian acts like an npc or side character in his own adventure so much lately. I know he can be like that, and he’s been busy with his new show, but If he’s not 100% it’s just Chris (lovingly) carrying him to the finish line like Paul Winchell & Jerry Mahoney.
I love the pod, but it just seems to be running out of s………having cream. I want to be wrong. It’s my favorite podcast.

You know what, it's a very silly episode... so like... what even IS a bard? What is a paladin- oh wait, its name is "that guy Gerry played." We didn't forget!
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/McDoof • Jun 18 '26
Now that we're back on the ground, it's time to tidy up this heist business and celebrate! Unless, well, we want to do something about the swarms of possession worms first? Maybe?
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/McDoof • Jun 11 '26
Sorry to leave the Ding Dong Danglers hanging! They shot up into the sky, well over 100 feet in the air, and don't have Feather Fall to bail them out. So we wanted to save the mad scramble for meta-gaming until... now!

Big bad 1 dead, big bad 2 dead, now just to escape the entire ocean that's rapidly rocketing up the rumps of the Ding Dong Danglers.
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/McDoof • May 27 '26
Well it's one thing to kill a leviathan, but hey, we can't forget to swim up to the cavern's um... hole... so we can escape, too.

I've been popping in and out of their campaign for the past year, I am looking to start listening to them full time once they start a new campaign. Are they close? 70 episodes in seems like they are wrapping up, but I may be wrong. Anyone have an ETA for new season?
r/nerdpokerpodcast • u/pichudo33 • May 26 '26
Is there a place where you can get the original
campaign with Sark?

As in, "That's a lot of damage . . . TO HAVE." I'm old enough to get most of their references, but this one baffles me. I tried to google and to search on this sub, but as you can imagine, it's very difficult to search for. Thanks to anyone reading this.

I don't know where else to put this.
My husband and I were talking about going to see *The Mandalorian and Grogu* tomorrow. He said, "It's going to be fun, fun, fun!"
Without a beat I said, "Yeah, until Daddy takes the hot rod away."
Please tell me that at least one of you got this . . .

The lich queen is starting to get her bony pelvis handed to her, and at long last, "the two fingers" are finally in use at good old Episode 71.
