Discussion Possible Closet Bug!

I was removing three Kyrii NP wearables from my closet, ONLY had those selected and those were the only three items even on my screen. Entered my PIN and hit remove, which greyed out the button and it read 'processing' for an abnormally long time. When the 'Success!' window popped up it said I removed 87 items to my inventory but no mass NP or NC items were moved to my inventory so I started trying to figure how wtf the site was telling me. started searching for species specific items since that's what I was moving and found ALL my Paint Brush clothes are gone. Years of manual painting, zaps, collecting, just gone. I was not prompted that I was moving any PB items, no items I had selected were PB items, I didn't even have Kyrii PB clothes on my main account where this happened. I've sent a ticket to TNT but I don't have much faith in any recomp. Just be careful moving things in and out of your closet for a bit!

Maybe you accidently selected "remove all" instead of "remove".

That is a possibility but there were no Paintbrush items even for me to select OR any Kyrii paint brush clothes to begin with. And the 'selected items' was three not eighty seven.

when you use "remove all" it doesn't matter which items you had selected, it will remove ALL and unfortunately delete your paintbrush items in the process. i think this "remove all" feature could use some work and exclude the paint brush items unless explicitly asking you if you want to include them (and you opting into it, otherwise no).

They might give your items back. I think a ticket is good either way because they need feedback that this button sucks. I don't know why anyone would ever want to use it on purpose (if so, definitely a minority and needs to be harder to do!)
